  - It got permission of HCM planning and investing ministry to be set up in June, 2008.

  Currently, the market gives much difficulty to the medium and small business in HCM city and other provinces of the nation, export market is more and more in decisive competition.

  The high ability countries such as: China, Thailand, India which have better stands than VN in technigues, technology, and source of labours.

  Even domestic market, imported products compete with our products in prices, variety…While the expense of producing is increasing by electric bills, transportation insurance… It makes the price of completed products increase as well.

  Foreign investment goes up quickly in HCM city and in all industrial zones and complexes. This leads to short of source of labours, especially highly skilled workers.
